As huge believers of the above statement we’re incredibly in awe of the Burning Man festival. Set in black rock city in the middle of the Nevada desert it is the ultimate place to express yourself.

What is Burning Man?

This spectacular annual festival is described as the “temporary metropolis dedicated to community, art, self-expression and self-reliance”

Burning Man is not your typical festival, everything that happens there is created entirely by the festival-goers. They create the city, the interaction, the art, the performance and the experience.

Dedicated to anti-consumerism and expression Burning Man follows the following guidelines:

Radical inclusion, Gifting, Decommodification, Radical self-reliance, radical self-expression, communal effort, Civic responsibility, Participation, Immediacy and Leaving no trace.

Each year the festival has a theme which forms the inspiration for artwork and outfits alike. This year the theme is I, Robot.
